Refunds & Returns
Return policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products due to being handmade and personal cosmetic nature of our products. All sales are final. By placing an order you accept these terms. We encourage you to read product description, look at product photo and read ingredient list to ensure the product is a match for what you seek. If package is returned due to incorrect address, nonpayment or unclaimed status at no fault of our own, we will not issue a refund.
There are certain situations where a refund or product replacement may be granted on a case by case basis, these include but are not limited to:
- Wrong product (we will need photographic proof + order receipt to process)
- Defective product (we will need photographic proof + order receipt to process)
If your have a wrong or defective product you have 10 days from delivery date to contact customer service at help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com. If you qualify, you will be issued a refund or offered a product replacement at no cost to you. Photographic proof is mandatory to receive a refund or product replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This may take several days to process. Please contact your financial institution if you have not received your refund after 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
If a product is purchased on sale, you will only be refunded the amount you spent after the discount. Sale items are not refunded at full price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong product mailed to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com with photos.
Shipping
All product replacements are shipped out at no cost to you. If you opt for a refund, you will not receive a product replacement.
