Where are Christina’s Beatuè products made?
Our products are handmade in the USA in a sterile manufacturing environment.
What is the shelf life of your product?
Each product has a varying shelf life. You can find self life on the website under storage section on the packaging with the international open jar icon. This icon will show you the shelf life of the product once opened.
Are Christina’s Beatuè products tested on animals?
No products or source ingredients are tested on animals.
Are Christina’s beatuè products vegan?
Some products are vegan.
Does Christina's Beautè have samples?
No, there are no samples of our products yet. We provide full disclosure of all our ingredients in each product so please refer to those in the product descriptions. If in doubt always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.
Why is my skin breaking out after using the products?
Always patch test for 72 hours to see if you are allergic to product. if you are breaking out, your skin may be purging which should subside within a few weeks. If skin gets worse within days or does not subside within 4 weeks, discontinue use immediately and see your doctor.
Are Christina’s Beautè products safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Please consult with your physician prior to using any of our products.
Processing & shipping FQA
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through website.
When can I expect my order?
There is a processing time of 10 days. We do not offer expedited processing. Business days do not include weekends, or federal holidays. Processing time begins after you place an order (if you order Friday order will start processing on Monday). When your order is shipped you will receive an email includes your tracking number from USPS. Shipping is 2-5 days domestically (USA) and for standard shipping. We offer expedited shipping if you would like your package deliver faster after shipped.
Why didn’t I receive a conformation email?
Please check junk/spam folders. If email isn’t there, contact customer service email ( help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com) with your order information (first and last name, billing address). We will contact you within 48 hours.
I made a mistake, can I fix/change the order?
There are no edits with any order. You can cancel an order within 24 hours. After 24 hours order cannot be canceled.
What if item is out of stock?
You will be alerted that we're out of stock when you try to buy it, and if your sign up for email alerts we will let you know when it’s back on the shelf!
Its been more than 14 business days and no update, whats going on?
Please contact customer service at help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com your name and order number and we will contact you about your order status within 48 hours.
My package was stolen, missing or delivered at the wrong address, what can I do?
We are not responsible for any packages that have been marked delivered. We offer shipping that includes signature conformation to ensure safety of your package for an additional fee. If you decline this option you assume full responsibility of your package after it is marked delivered. We highly recommend purchasing signature conformations if you reside in an area with high incidence of stolen packages. If your package is delivered to the wrong address at no fault of our own, we accept zero liability and will not refund. There is a $10 reshipment fee if it is return to sender. If you opt not to have reshipped, you will not receive a refund.
My package is delayed, what should I do?
Please check your tacking information and contact UPSP. We do not have information once package is in their possession. If it has been 14 days where your tracking number has not moved, you can declare your package lost and contact customer service for a refund or replacement.
My products arrived broken/ leaking, what should I do?
Email customer service at help.christinasbeatue@gmail.com 7 days of package delivery and we can help you from there. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
I made two separate orders right after each other, can you combine them?
No, we do not combine orders. Please take your time to ensure you have everything you need in the cart before placing an order. If you place multiple order they will ship separately.

Do you accept returns/ exchanges?
No, due to the fact the products are personal use cosmetics. Please ensure to read product description prior to purchase.
Do you have a retail location?
No, products can only be purchased online.
